Your booking confirmation :

Your Booking is confirmed when a deposit of 30% is payed, at the latest, 15 days prior to arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation policy :

In case of cancellation more than 15 days prior to your arrival : no cancellation fees.

In case of cancellation less than 7 days prior to your arrival or “no show” : 100% cancellation fees.

In case of cancellation between 15 and 7 days prior to your arrival : 30% cancellation fees.

Taxes

Rates includ VAT.

A City tax of 1.50 € per adult and per night is payable directly at the hotel.

Check-In Time / Check-Out Time

At your arrival, your room is available from 4 p.m.

At your departure, you must vacate your room by 11 a.m. at the latest.

Please, let us know before the day of your arrival if you want an early arrival or a late check-out so that we can make it possible, according to our availabilities.
